The Association of Excellence (AOE) Partnership Proposal

Who is Rolando Almanzar, Founder of AOE?

I come from humble beginnings. Born in the Bronx, raised in Orlando, and moved to California at 17, I was raised by two incredibly strong women—my mother and grandmother—who overcame insane challenges. My childhood was happy, though financially tough. But by my teenage years, things started to shift. I was running with the wrong crowd, struggling with my identity, getting into fights, and caught in a cycle of drug and alcohol use. My future? Not looking great.

So, what was missing? A strong, positive male role model. My father wasn’t a bad guy, but he was absent. And that absence left a mark. Statistically, men without a father figure are more likely to struggle—crime rates, self-esteem, finances, even suicide rates are higher.

Then, in my mid-20s, I met a mentor who changed everything! He showed me what it meant to be a strong, masculine, and disciplined man—not in a toxic way, but in a way that built me up. That was my deep dive into personal growth, masculinity, and leadership.

Fast forward to my mid-30s—I had a great career, a strong family, and an amazing network. But something was missing again. I still didn’t have the brotherhood I craved. There were religious men’s groups, self-improvement circles, and business networks, but nothing that brought self-development, business, mindset, and fitness together.

So, I built my own. Along with some like-minded men, I co-founded The Association of Excellence—a space where men push each other to greatness, hold each other accountable, and build meaningful relationships. No fluff. No gimmicks. Just real men leveling up together!

Our Mission

The Association of Excellence is here to help men level up—physically, mentally, and professionally! We believe in accountability, networking, and a brotherhood where iron sharpens iron.

How We Plan to Monetize & Scale

To grow AOE and amplify our impact, we need resources. Monetization allows us to pump money back into the community, compensate leaders, and expand our outreach! Here’s how:

2. Membership Subscriptions

  • Annual retreats where men disconnect, recharge, and level up!

4. Mentorship & Youth Outreach

  • Big Brother-Style Mentorship Program for young men who need guidance

  • AOE After-School Program for at-risk boys who lack strong male role models!

5. Expanding the Online Community

  • Structured online meetups, accountability challenges, and expert-led discussions!

Why Masculinity & Community Matter

Men today are struggling in silence. Depression, loneliness, financial struggles—too many are battling alone.

We reject the toxic masculinity narrative—we believe in strong, positive masculinity! Men need structure, discipline, and a TRIBE! AOE is here to build that brotherhood!

What We Stand For:

✅ Confidence & Self-Mastery – Teaching men to take control of their lives

✅ Accountability & Growth – A brotherhood that pushes each other!

✅ Financial & Professional Success – Helping men level up in business & wealth!

✅ Mentorship for the Next Generation – Lifting young men up for success!

A Brotherhood, Not a Toxic Space

Let’s be real: AOE is NOT about tearing others down. Men should be strong, disciplined, and unapologetically masculine—but never at the expense of others. We uphold traditional masculine values and believe in strong families, but we respect all groups (women, LGBT) and stay focused on our mission.

Conclusion

The Association of Excellence is already changing men’s lives! With the right partnership, we can scale this impact nationwide!

If our visions align, let’s build something truly transformational. If not, well… we still have an incredible group of men committed to being their absolute best.

Are you ready to help men become the strongest, most disciplined, and successful versions of themselves?!?

Born in the Bronx and raised in Orlando, the author grew up in a financially struggling but loving household led by his mother and grandmother. In his teens, he lost direction—falling into bad influences, identity struggles, and substance abuse—largely due to the absence of a strong male role model. This changed in his mid-20s when he met a mentor who redefined masculinity and personal growth for him. By his 30s, though successful, he still longed for a deeper brotherhood that combined personal development, business, mindset, and fitness. To fill that gap, he co-founded The Association of Excellence, a community where men hold each other accountable and strive for greatness—without gimmicks.
