Subject: Evolving Together: Tuning into the Right Frequency

Gentlemen,

Recently, I had an enlightening discussion with a friend whom I greatly respect and view as a true "Man of Excellence." He's a hard-working father, a committed businessman, an investor, and indeed, a leader in his own right. We delved into potential business ideas and mutual investment opportunities we could partner on in the future.

As the conversation progressed, it became evident that our lives are running parallel courses. He is in the process of buying property and launching a small business while also juggling an international lifestyle – a goal I aspire to achieve someday. We also discovered that our sons are around the same age. With a shared laugh over our striking commonalities, he perceptively remarked, "It's funny how things come to you when you lock into the right frequency."

His words left a profound impression on me! Isn't it amazing that when you open yourself to opportunities, the universe seems to reward you by attracting just the right things to your life!? The moment you decide to make a change – be it losing weight, starting a business, accumulating wealth, or self-improvement – it seems that when you get "tuned into the right frequency," things begin to align in your favor. Of course, taking action is important, but you get my point.

I encourage all of you to start working towards improving your lives. Make that decision, tune into the right frequency, and realize the changes you wish to see in your existence. It's about time to switch the station of your life to capture the awards that you rightfully deserve. Believe me, the universe is listening.

Let's all get dialed into the correct frequency. See you at our next Men's Event on 9/23.

Best,

Rolando Almanzar

Born in the Bronx and raised in Orlando, the author grew up in a financially struggling but loving household led by his mother and grandmother. In his teens, he lost direction—falling into bad influences, identity struggles, and substance abuse—largely due to the absence of a strong male role model. This changed in his mid-20s when he met a mentor who redefined masculinity and personal growth for him. By his 30s, though successful, he still longed for a deeper brotherhood that combined personal development, business, mindset, and fitness. To fill that gap, he co-founded The Association of Excellence, a community where men hold each other accountable and strive for greatness—without gimmicks.
